United States and Canada residents only. Void where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation. All federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations apply.

The Promotion and How to Enter the Promotion:

To enter the promotion described herein (the "Promotion"), you must complete the registration form located within the QuizIT! game with valid information no later than posted date of QuizIT! contest termination.

Use of automated devices is not valid for entry. The final entry received before the deadline will be the only entry considered valid. All entries become the sole property of "Sponsor".

Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsors may request proof that any potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with any potential winning entry.

Entry materials that have been tampered with or are altered are void. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including because of actual or suspected infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or to amend these Official Rules. Any changes in the promotion or Official Rules will become effective upon announcement. If the promotion is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at http://www.cioview.com/quizzes/.

Eligibility Restrictions:

In order to be eligible for the promotion, you must be (a) 18 years of age or older; (b) must use a valid company email address when registering; (c) company size of 20 employees or above; (d) must agree to be interviewed by us and have name, company and article published; (e) job tile and or function must be IT related; (f) can not be gainfully employed by vendors of quiz related content (g) can not have already received said prize in a former contest held by Sponsor.

Selection of Winners:

Winners will be decided as individuals who win by either obtaining the top score by end of contest date or are randomly picked in raffle at end of contest date.Winners will be notified by Sponsor via email or phone.

The awarding of all prizes is subject to verification of eligibility.

Prizes:

Winner shall receive one of iPod^® Nano (approximate value $200)

All prizes will be, at Sponsor's option, either hand delivered or shipped direct to the winner. Any prize that, after reasonable efforts by CIOview Corp., cannot be delivered within forty-five days of winning, will be forfeited by the winner. In the event that a prize is shipped to the winner, it shall be deemed to be delivered with the prior consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. Sponsors are not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize.

Promotion prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash by entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value.

Conditions:

Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of each winner, and winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent. All expenses on receipt and use of a prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.

SPONSORS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION. SPONSORS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, COST, OR INJURY THAT ARISES FROM OR RELATES TO PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, OR WINNING OR USE OF A PRIZE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (I) LATE, LOST, DELAYED, DAMAGED, MISDIRECTED, INCOMPLETE, OR UNINTELLIGIBLE ENTRIES; (II) TELEPHONE, ELECTRONIC, HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE PROGRAM, NETWORK, INTERNET, OR COMPUTER MALFUNCTIONS, FAILURES, VIRUSES OR DIFFICULTIES OF ANY KIND; (III) FAILED, INCOMPLETE, GARBLED, OR DELAYED COMPUTER TRANSMISSIONS; (IV) THE DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIAL IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION (IV) ANY OTHER CONDITION THAT MAY CAUSE THE PROMOTION TO BE DISRUPTED OR CORRUPTED.

BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION OR BY ACCEPTING ANY PRIZE, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE CIOVIEW CORP., PARTICIPATING SPONSORS, THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE ADVERTISING, PROMOTION AND PRODUCTION AGENCIES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS OR ACTIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES TO PERSONS AND PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION OR THE RECEIPT, OWNERSHIP OR USE OF THE PRIZE OR WHILE PREPARING FOR, PARTICIPATING IN, AND/OR TRAVELING TO ANY PROMOTION, OR PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY.

By registering, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and by any decision Sponsor makes regarding the promotion, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify from this promotion, and any future promotion conducted by Sponsors, and to prosecute to the fullest extent permitted by law any participant or winner who, in Sponsor's reasonable suspicion, tampers with Sponsor's site, the registration process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Sponsor reserves the right to use any and all information related to the promotion, including information obtained through the promotion, in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By entering the promotion, you agree that any and all disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Boston in the State of Massachusetts, exclusively and subject to the laws of the State of Massachusetts. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Massachusetts and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Massachusetts.
