Recently, Microsoft released an update, known as IE Security Update KB918899, which has a bug that can cause existing commercial software programs, including ours, to terminate when it runs on a Windows XP machine. Microsoft Support has worked on the issue, and the Support team has released a hotfix (KB923996) to resolve this problem. Microsoft has authorized CIOview to distribute this hotfix to our customers.
